First Access privacy notice
Noventir uses the information you submit through Arit First Access to send occasional updates about Arit and invite you to relevant research or early-access opportunities.
What we collect
Your name, email address, any optional answers you choose to provide, the campaign through which you reached the form, and a record of your consent.
Why we use it
We use this information with your consent to provide Arit First Access communications and understand what potential users value. We do not use your answers to make automated decisions about you.
Who receives it
Access is limited to Noventir and service providers needed to operate the website and securely retain submissions. The planned hosting provider is Cloudflare. We do not sell this information.
How long we keep it
We retain First Access information while you remain subscribed and review it periodically to ensure it is still needed. You may withdraw your consent at any time, after which we will stop First Access communications and delete or restrict the data unless we need to retain a minimal suppression record.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing darren@noventir.com. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
